Thomas Chappell and Pamela Chappell of Sussex County, Virginia, transferred a deed of property recorded 5 May 1825 to an unknown person 101 acres for $303, it being one-third of the dower land of the late Elizabeth Presson, from her first husband, Henry Chappell. Although deceased, Elisabeth Rives Chappell Presson and Henry Chappell was mentioned.2
